DR Transfer Terms of Service

Use of Service: Our services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dr Transfer and is protected by international copyright laws.

Payment: To reserve your tour or transfer, we require a deposit of 50€ at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the end of the tour or transfer. We accept cash or credit card payments, and all prices are in Euros (€). If you need to cancel your reservation, please refer to our Cancellation and Refunds 4) for more information.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation of services must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are subject to a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability: Dr Transfer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to provide our services. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

Changes to Terms: Dr Transfer reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
